Poem: Letter From God
I watched as you crucified my son.
Pains of sorrow to great to tell of. They beat him till the bone
showed thru his flesh. “One more time” they cried as they hit
him again & again.
If you only knew the pain I go
thru; every time you crucify him again. Every drop of blood that
hits the ground cries “ Father Thy Will Be
Done .“
Here comes the crown of thorns as
they laugh at him. “Push it harder” the mob screams; as I watch
from Heaven above. Because “I Love you.”
You say you can’t carry the load
Son; but the cross is all there is to go. The worst is over my
child. Let’s go to Golgotha, the last sacrifice for man; then
come home Son; I’ll be waiting for you.
Your Father, God
